Remote Engagements


QMetrix specialise in remote engagements. While our office is based in Melbourne, many of our clients are situated outside of Victoria – in fact we service clients right across Australia.

Distance is no barrier to providing successful outcomes for our clients. During our projects, we have continuous engagement with all key personnel. Utilising the technologies available to undertake remote development, we conduct web meetings / teleconferences and provide our clients with access to real-time  project updates via our web-based tracking tool – so you will ALWAYS have access to the status of your project.

Our remote engagements typically involve 3 on-site visits :
  • The initial scoping and requirements-gathering process,
  • A mid-project evaluation stage, and of course,
  • Final delivery / handover (including training).
We can also schedule our on-site work according to your specific requirements – even if it means completing the entire project on site.

And when your project has been delivered, we pride ourselves in responsive and ongoing support should you need our assistance – you are never alone!
